سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحن نحرص على توفير تجربة تسوق آمنة ومرنة لعملائنا، لذلك نتيح إمكانية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال وفقًا للشروط التالية

مدة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب

شروط قبول الاسترجاع

أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم أو تالف
أن يكون المنتج مرفقًا بتغليفه الأصلي وجميع ملحقاته
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة، إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي أو استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب

آلية استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل
في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم رد المبلغ عن طريق تحويل بنكي أو أي وسيلة أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها مع العميل

رسوم الشحن

يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من إجمالي المبلغ المسترد، باستثناء الحالات الناتجة عن خطأ من طرفنا أو وجود عيب مصنعي بالمنتج

تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

للتقدم بطلب استرجاع أو استبدال، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر الواتساب أو من خلال صفحاتنا على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مع توضيح رقم الطلب وإرفاق صورة للمنتج عند الحاجة

We are committed to providing a convenient and flexible shopping experience. You can request a return or exchange in accordance with the following terms:

Return & Exchange Period

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect items were received.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item being delivered.
